All Group lending is based on the ability to acquire sufficient and appropriate security and the overall lending portfolio is further balanced through diversification into 3 principal trading areas; Venture Finance, Commercial Asset Finance and Property Finance. It is the intention to continue to develop the business so as to ensure that these three divisions form broadly equal exposures within the Group portfolio.
All divisions within the group actively pursue receipt of continued high volumes of new lending proposals and this ensures that the Directors are able to select only the most appropriate deals providing strong returns and good lending security.
