In the terms of AIM Rules published February 2007 and insofar as it is aware, at
18 September 2008, 18.55% of the Company’s AIM securities were not in public hands.

Restrictions in Transfer of AIM Securities

Holders of the 812,307 consideration shares (representing 3.23% of the issued share capital) in respect of the acquisition of Norton Folgate FG Plc have undertaken that they will not transfer or dispose of these shares without the prior written consent of the Company, for a period of 37 months following completion. The acquisition of Norton Folgate FG Plc was completed on 29 March 2007.
