Director's Share Dealing

General Capital was informed today that on 4 April 2008 Steven Hartley, CEO of the Company, purchased in the market 40,000 ordinary shares of 90 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70 pence per share.
In addition, the Company was informed today that Mr Hartley acquired on 4th April 2008, in an off market transaction a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company from Mark Edworthy, director of the Company at a cost of £50,000 and 117,504 Ordinary Shares from Jonathan Hill, a former director of the Company at a cost of £29,376. Mark Edworthy also transferred on 4th April 2008 23,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68p per share from his personal holding to his SIPP.
Following the above transactions the Company informs the following holdings in its current ordinary issued share capital:
Mark Edworthy has a registered holding of 3,148,671 Ordinary Shares in his own name and 39,260 Ordinary Shares in his SIPP, representing an aggregate 12.68% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Jonathan Hill has a registered holding of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.96% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Steven Hartley has a registered holding of 357,504 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.42% of the total voting rights of the Company.
