General Capital Group plc announces that Mr Nicholas Marsham, Group Finance Director, has today purchased 108,000 ordinary shares at 138 pence per share.
Mr Marsham has not previously reported holding an interest in the shares of the Company and his total beneficial holding of 108,000 ordinary shares represents 0.65 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Further, Mr Jonathan Hill, Executive Deputy Chairman, has sold 72,000 ordinary shares at a price of 138 pence per share. Mr Hill's resultant holding of 4,470,504 shares represents 26.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr Mark Edworthy, Managing Director, has sold 36,000 ordinary shares at a price of 138 pence per share. Mr. Edworthy's resultant holding of 3,371,671 ordinary shares represents 20.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
