General Capital was informed yesterday that on 27th February 2008, 2,353,000 ordinary shares of 90 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) were transferred from the registered holding of Mr Jonathan Hill (a former director of the Company) to Mrs Natasha Hill, pursuant to divorce proceedings. Following this transfer, Mr Jonathan Hill has a registered holding of 2,117,504 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.4 % of the Company's current issued share capital and Mrs Natasha Hill has a registered holding of 2,353,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.4% of the Company's current issued share capital.
