Update on Commencement of Dealings of General Capital Group plc

Further to previous announcements, the Directors of the Company announce that it has been admitted to trading on AIM at 8am this morning.
The Company's name has been changed to General Capital Group plc and dealings under this name EPIC GENC are expected to commence on Friday 15 September 2006.
