First Day of Dealings

General Capital Group plc, the independent asset and venture finance specialist, today announces that its shares were admitted yesterday 14 September 2006 and that dealings of its Ordinary Shares on AiM of the London Stock Exchange under the name General Capital Group plc commences from today. The admission of General Capital follows the EGM of Clan Homes on Wednesday 13 September 2006 where shareholders approved the acquisition, which constituted a reverse takeover, of General Capital Group plc, and the change of the Company's name to General Capital Group plc ("General Capital"). Daniel Stewart is acting as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company. The stock market EPIC is GENC.
