Director's Share Dealing

General Capital was today informed that Mark Edworthy, Managing Director of the Company, yesterday bought 16,260 ordinary shares of 90 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 123 pence per share, in his Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme, the trustees of which are Suffolk Life Annuities Ltd. Following this purchase, Mr. Edworthy is beneficially interested in 3,387,931 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.48% of the Company's current issued share capital.
