Further to the announcement made on 13 March 2008, the Company confirms that the 2,353,000 ordinary shares in the Company transferred from Mr. Jonathan Hill to Mrs. Natasha Hill are no longer subject to any restriction of trading undertakings provided by Mr. Hill to the Company and Collins Stewart in August last year.
